Empties April 2016

I was just doing a little clean out of all of my makeup and beauty products, and came across a few empties to share with you! Spoiler: they're all amazing.

First up is the Schwarzkopf Extra Care, Strong Styling Hair Spray (the 4th strength one for extra strong hold). I love this stuff. It comes in two sizes, a normal sized can and a mini 100g one for travelling. I always have both, the big one for at home and the mini one for my handbag. It holds your hair in place all day without making it look and feel all hard and crunchy. And it smells nice, proof - my boyfriend always smells my hair when I use it (disclaimer: NOT like the creepy guy in Charlie's Angels). Would I repurchase? Definitely.

Next is the CoverGirl Lash Blast Fusion mascara. CoverGirl mascaras are my favourite for affordable drug store mascaras. I LOVE the wand in this one (and the orange tube one). It gives me super thick voluminous looking lashes, without needing to use falsies (which is a huge pro for me, since putting falsies on takes me forever!). Would I repurchase: I've been repurchasing this, and the orange tube one every time I run out for as long as I can remember and definitely will continue to!

These are the Manuka Doctor ApiClear 3-in-1 Purifying Facial Wipes. They are meant to cleanse, tone and moisturise in one step, as well as remove makeup. I found they did that. A lot of wipes tend to leave a residue on my skin after, but these didn't do that. I didn't have any problems getting my makeup, including mascara off with them. The only little thing I didn't like that much was the scent. Would I repurchase? Yes!

And last but not least is the Urban Decay Naked Skin Concealer. I used the shade Fair Neutral which was the perfect under eye colour for my skin tone (NC 15-20). the consistency is amazing, its nice and thin, so it doesn't look cakey, or crease, but still covers up my dark circles. I set it with Cover FX loose translucent powder and I'm good for the day. I just wish that this was easier to get in New Zealand! Thats my only problem with this one. To get it, I have to order it online from Sephora through a shipping forwarding company, so it is a bit of a pain. Would I repurchase? I would, but considering the extra time and money to get it, I might look for a dupe first.

Do you use any of these products? Or are you interested in trying any of them out?
