Bronx Colors: City of Angels Palette

Bronx Colors have kindly sent me a huge range of their products, which I have been trying out lately. They have recently launched into the New Zealand market and their products are super affordable and cruelty free. I have so many favourites to share with you, but thought I would start with this one, the City of Angels palette*, since its limited edition.

What first caught my attention was the packaging. The design and colours are super cool and edgy. The packaging is also really handy for travelling. Its a small compact tin and inside, the eyeshadow pans are surrounded in a firm rubbery material, so if it got knocked around or dropped I highly doubt the shadows would break.

The shades and quality are quite comparable to some of the shades in the Chi Chi Cosmetics Rich Gems palette.

The shadows are quite sheer, but buildable and very smooth. I had a little bit of fall out from them, but nothing too crazy.

The first two shades are matte and the rest are shimmers. The ivory shade is great for the brow bone and the purple shade is great as a crease colour. The shimmer shades are very nice too and are shimmery without having big chunks of glitter in them.

This would be a great little palette for those who want to play around with a bit of colour or anyone who just wants to add a few more fun shades to their collection and is a total steal at only S12.99 (available from their website).

Have you tried anything from Bronx Colors before?
