Simple Makeup Removers Review

I wear a full face of makeup just about everyday, and I am super pedantic about making sure every inch of it is off before I go to bed, so a great makeup remover is essential. I was sent a few different kinds of makeup removers by Simple. Read on below to find out more and what I thought about them!

Kind To Skin Facial Cleansing Wipes 25s*: Face wipes are possibly my favourite way of removing my makeup, since they're so quick, easy and mess free. These wipes are exactly that. They are a great fuss free way to remove your makeup. The wipes at the bottom of the packet didn't dry out like I find some others do. I also didn't have any issues with them breaking up and having fluffy bits coming out of them like I have with other wipes before.

Hydrating Cleansing Oil 125ml*: This is a nice and gentle option for removing your makeup, without having to scrub your face - so perfect for sensitive skin. You can either pour a little of the product onto your hands and massage over your skin, or I found it worked quite well on a cotton round (and that made it less messy to use). My sister has also been using it to clean her makeup brushes, and says it does a great job with that too.

Dual Effect Make-Up Remover 125ml*: This took my mascara off like magic! I didn't have to rub and irritate my eyes to get all of the product off (although I do not wear waterproof mascara). It didn't cause the big panda eyed mess some makeup removers do. I have very sensitive eyes, heaps of skincare products, makeup (onions!) etc. make my eyes sting and go watery for hours, but I didn't have any reaction to this. Definitely give this a go, especially if you are prone to getting sensitive eyes. I like to use this first to remove my eye makeup and then a Kind To Skin Cleansing Facial Wipe after for the rest of my face.

Another product from Simple that I have used previously and liked was the Simple Cleansing Micellar Water, which is another gentle and effective option.

Have you used any of these products before? How do you remove your makeup?
