A Few Of My Favourites From The Manuka Doctor ApiClear Range

The ApiClear range products were the first that drew me to try out Manuka Doctor about a year and a half ago now, and I haven't stopped going back to them since (I am addicted to the ApiClear Purifying Facial Peel, but I'm not going to tell you about that one today, since I'm sure you've heard me talk about it 100 times before - but I really cannot recommend it enough!). If you're not familiar with the range, the ApiClear products are targeted at balancing the skin, which I'm sure a lot of us could use help with. There is no way I could ever pick just one favourite Manuka Doctor product, but these are two that I use on a regular basis, and I will tell you all about why today!

ApiClear Facial Moisturising Lotion* RRP: $35.95 - This is a great option for skin that is sensitive and prone to irritation. My skin is combination at the moment (it changes so often it's hard to keep up!) but this always works for me. I first tried it approximately a year ago, and use it on and off (depending on whether I have other new products to trial), and it has always left my skin soft and balanced, and I haven't had any issues with it causing any irritation etc. This is my favourite everyday moisturiser.

ApiClear Purifying Facial Scrub* RRP: $29.95 - This scrub uses Bamboo Stem Extract to exfoliate, which is a natural option, as opposed to using something like microbeads to exfoliate (you will have probably heard about the issues with using microbeads in products, and may have seen my Instagram post about it last month - microbeads cause damage by polluting waterways). I use this about every 2-3 days, or as I feel like my skin needs it. It has the perfect amount of exfoliating power - it's enough to slough off dead skin cells and leave my skin feeling soft, but doesn't feel too harsh, like it's scratching my skin.

Where to buy: Manuka Doctor products are available from their concept store in Auckland and selected pharmacies (I've found it in most Life Pharmacies) and various department stores. You can find their full list of stockists on their website;  www.manukadr.co.nz.

Have you tried either of these products before? Do you have a favourite Manuka Doctor product?
