KENZO World Fragrance Launch

On Thursday night I was lucky enough to be invited to the launch of KENZO World, an amazing new perfume now available from Farmers. The scent, packaging, and concept are all so feminine, edgy and cool. Keep reading to see and hear more about it!

I LOVE this scent! It smells so good and isn't overpowering at all. I won't subject you to my attempt at describing it because that could take awhile and probably  wouldn't make much sense, so here's what KENZO says about it;

This fragrance is an unprecendented blend of peony, jasmine and the sparkling crystals of ambroxan. An unexpected, astonishing and addictive floral bouquet.

I can definitely see myself wearing this one a lot (I've got it on now and can't stop sniffing my wrist!), and particularly in spring/summer. It would also be a great option for a gift - I know perfume can be a risky option because everyone has such different tastes, but this is one of those scents that I think everyone would love.

KENZO's artistic directors Carol Lim and Humberto Leon breathe their vision of fashion into their first fragrance. A world in their image: bold, spontaneous, suprising, fun, colourful...A world that celebrates freedom of expression, diversity and creativity. A playful and dynamic fragrance...true to the KENZO spirit.

The dress that Margaret Qualley wore in the video for the fragrance was on display at the event, as you can see above. We watched the video, which was followed by a surprise performance by a dancer who brought the KENZO World spirit to life, re-enacting the dancing from the video - which if you haven't seen already, you can watch below! Also at the event was KENZO eyeball shaped sushi (which unfortunately I didn't get a good photo of to show you!), a super fun photo wall, where you could print photos photo booth style, and delicious mocktails and champagne!
