While we were on lockdown my skin went all kinds of crazy (stress and junk food will do that apparently), so I started doing a bit more research into what my skin needed. Ed&I Swim and Body Haul

Is this a weird time to buy a new bikini and post about it? Sure. It was actually a super stormy day when I ordered it, and now it's officially winter. But, it was limited edition and leopard print so there was no way I was missing out! This is the Lulu Bikini Top from Ed&I Swim from their Ingulule collection. What drew me to this one was the band underneath the cups which adds a bit more support. I also love how Ed&I use bra style straps - there is nothing worse than stretchy bikini straps that do you zero favours.

Movie Round Up: The Best Of 2019

Happy New Year! 2019 was a big year for movies, so I have done a round-up of all of my favourites. This probably isn't an exhaustive list, and I will most likely remember a ton more that should be on this list, but these ones are what comes straight to mind when I think about the best movies of '19.

Movie Review | Halloween (No Spoilers)

If you love Halloween like me (the holiday, not the movie - although that too), you'll be just as excited that this has come out just in time. I haven't seen the previous Halloween movies, but as with a lot of sequels, you really don't need to have, to enjoy this. Although, already knowing the characters and the story would no doubt make for a richer experience.

When I was in Hawaii at the end of last year, I managed to get my hands on some of the first MAC x Patrick Starrr collab, which I loved, so I'm so excited that there have been further collabs, and that I'm lucky enough to get to try some of this latest one! Long time no blog! I haven't put a blog post up for so long it's insane! This foundation basically sounds like a miracle worker. It has been formulated with light-diffusing particles to prevent white cast in photos (you know how sometimes your foundation looks perfect in person, but then your skin looks oddly white in photos? This is meant to stop that). Basically, this foundation is meant to make your skin look perfect, without the need for a filter! 

Australis KPOP Collection

Ok so straight away I think we can all agree that this collection wins for being the cutest we've seen this year! It's also cool to see more affordable brands coming out with fun collections like this. So, is it all frosting and no cupcake? (who knows what movie that was from?). I have put the collection to the test and have all of my thoughts and swatches for you below!

Neutrogena Visibly Clear Light Therapy Acne Mask

Thanks to Neutrogena, I have been able to test out their new Visibly Clear Light Therapy Acne Mask*  (RRP $79.99) over the past month. Light therapy is often used to treat acne but is typically done in clinics by dermatologists making it less accessible, more expensive and less convenient for the average person to do. This product uses the same kind of technology used by professionals, but at a lower level so that mild to moderate acne sufferers can take advantage of light therapy at home, easily and without the expense of seeing a dermatologist.
